Mohammad is a technology and talent-management professional with 15 years of experience across IT, IT Audit/ITGC, SAP, ServiceNow, recruitment, corporate training, consulting, and business development.
He holds an M.Tech in VLSI from JNTUH and leads MTJ with a focus on talent development, industry-level training, recruitment, and career opportunities.
Founded in 2019 and officially registered in 2023, MTJ has trained 800+ candidates and supported 1,000+ placements, with professional associations including Wipro, Collabera, and CGI.
